我2008年的時間來台灣讀冊。彼時我佮我的親情來為了伊佮我處裡學堂佮蹛的所在。嘛是伊樣介紹我來台灣的。甘甘我彼時佇想愛去佗落讀冊。伊講彎伊佇讀的學堂有全部分用英文的科。聽著按款了我嘛決定來台灣。

I came to Taiwan to study in 2008. At that time, I came here with my cousin because he was the one who helped me with the school registration and accommodation. It was he who introduced me to Taiwan. At that time, I was thinking about where to study. He said that the school he attended had all its subjects taught in English. After learning about this, I decided to come to Taiwan.

Compared with Indonesia, Taiwan has many different things. Different languages, different weather, different lifestyles, different food. When I came here for the first time, I felt strange about many things.

若是咱比所在安全呢，台灣是較安全。摩托比放外口無關熄嘛袂緊。暗暝一個人行路嘛袂緊。台灣都較清氣。人人無西誜部忘垃圾。食的物件嘛是較清氣，又無薟耶。實在較健康。24點鐘的店嘛真濟。有叫做7-11，FamilyMart，OKmart，HiLife。愛買啥物食佮啉，愛還啥物數嘛是會彎彼旁。

If we compare safety, Taiwan is indeed safer. It is fine for motorcycles to be left outside without turning off the engines. It is also fine to walk alone at night. Taiwan is cleaner. People don't litter. The food is also clean and not spicy. It is actually healthier. There are also a lot of 24-hour shops. There are 7-11, FamilyMart, OKmart, and HiLife. You can buy whatever food and drink, or pay any bills.

There is winter here, so it is a must to wear winter clothes. There are several winter clothes models, not just one. If you don't buy the right one, then it is not suitable. It is too hot if you wear too thick clothes. It is too cold if you wear too thin clothes. Taiwanese people have a more monotonous mindset, and they are sometimes afraid to talk to foreigners.
